Dream a little Dream for Me

I love dreaming!!!!!  I think the new pillow I got for Christmas is helping me remember my dreams better. I do not know what the cause but for the last several nights I have been to Las Vegas, India, I have had baby girls, baby elephants, i have built stone rock structures, and hung out with John Cusack.....................Wow. I love it. Today i will be purchasing a sketch pad so I can have a larger space to draw, add color, and recreate these wild adventures. i am pretty sure I am simply speaking, typing, (whatever) to myself on here---oh well. If I can get into the habit, maybe I will try to find a better place or site to blog. Peace and DREAM ON

Venture and Discover

I took my friend Athena to the airport today. She is traveling to Israel to be a part of an Arabic and Hebrew program for five months. Wow! here is to the powerful and amazing people of the world. What an inspiration. I feel compelled to seek the highest of the high and reach the sky. We get this life once.......Once. Lets live it, lets dream big. Peace and Love

Abandon Ship???

Well now it has been multiple days since my last post, I want to keep this going but..........................

Well just for today, I want to mention the importance of friends. I could not handle life without my friends. I stay grounded, I keep laughing, I cry harder, I do everything better because of the magnificent women in my life. I am amazed by my luck at having collected such helpful, intelligent, and loving people. What a painful and wonderful human experience. Live die love hate ask why no response question learn.........to ponder the journey with others .......so nice

Oops!! I did not post yesterday and my dad says bloggers blog daily....oops. No the true is that I was with my little brother all day hanging out and registering for classes :) later last night, we shot some pool. No one knows it but i am a pool shark. Wil and I really had a nice afternoon. This is my last weekend before school starts Woohoo! Tonight, I am going blues dancing with my wedding officiant and best friend. Tomorrow night I want to get into something......any ideas?? I am so grateful to be alive and happy.

Do Not Be Afraid

For the new year, I want to be fearless in all my new ventures. This is definitely easier written and spoken so if anyone can relate or if anyone feels the urge to be courageous in their current explorations, please share.

Wish it would snow..............

Heres to a cold day in Greensboro. The weekend calls for 60 degree weather, wheres my winter? I want it to snow at least a couple of times. Wilky is close to work so he will not be so happy about snow but Doja and i will trek up to his office to visit, hit him with snowballs on lunch break perhaps. :)  I wonder if many brides get married in the winter???  Does anyone know the best month to get married...............September...duh!

The Beginning....

So...this is my first blog and I feel excited to see what happens. Is anyone going to visit or post? Do I even have time to post myself? I simply wanted to create a space where my friends and family could help with my wedding plans (oh my gosh--I am getting married this year), dream with one another, share stories about our life experiences, laugh out loud, and stay connected. Hopefully, we will enjoy the space and keep it going for a while. Until I decide what to ask or write next...Peace and Love
